      以常用的农村污水处理工艺“厌氧池+好氧生物滤池”为研究对象,通过运行参数的调控,把该工艺以除磷脱氮达到一级B排放为目的,转变为以除碳保磷保氮的资源化利用为目的,成为用于农村污水安全灌溉的新型氮磷无机化反应器。实验结果表明:在进水COD浓度为174~384 mg·L-1,NH4+-N浓度为28.45~97.28 mg·L-1,TN浓度为37~141.9 mg·L-1,TP浓度为3.65~14.57 mg·L-1,厌氧池水力停留时间HRT=4 h,好氧生物滤池水力负荷HLR=5.4 m3·m-2·d-1时,氮磷无机化反应器的出水NH4+-N浓度为45 mg·L-1左右,PO43--P浓度为6.5 mg·L-1左右, COD平均浓度均在60 mg·L-1以下,粪大肠杆菌群<10 000 个·L-1,均满足《农田灌溉水质标准》(GB 5084-2005)中可生食蔬菜安全灌溉的水质要求。研究表明新型氮磷无机化反应器可以实现农村生活污水安全灌溉。

      In this paper,a novel nitrogen and phosphorus inorganic reactor is designed to remove organic pollutants but to keep the nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorus in tailwater,for safe irrigation.It works by adjusting the operation parameters of the anaerobic tank and aerobic biofilter combination,which is popular in rural sewage treatment projects because its discharge meets the first level B standard.The experimental data show that its average concentration of COD was under 60 mg·L-1 and the average number of effluent fecal coliform colonies were under 10 000 per litre after rural sewage (influent COD 174~384 mg·L-1,NH4+-N concentration 28.45~97.28 mg·L-1,TN concentration 37~141.9 mg·L-1,TP concentration 3.65~14.57 mg·L-1) had been processed with an optimal HRT=4 h in the anaerobic tank and aerobic biological filter and an optimal HLR=5.4 m3·m-2·d-1 in the novel reactor.The processed rural sewage quality met the requirements for direct irrigation of edible vegetables within the national standards for irrigation water quality (GB 5084-2005).Our results indicate that a novel nitrogen and phosphorus inorganic reactor can be used to realize the safe irrigation using rural domestic sewage.
