      【目的】研究Pb对(E+)(E-)种子萌发、植株生长生理及植株内Pb含量的变化规律,为评价共生微生物增强植物重金属耐性方面和重金属Pb污染防治方面提供理论依据。【方法】以德兰臭草染菌(endophyte infected,E+)与不染菌(endophyte free,E-)的种子为实验材料,用不同浓度的铅(Pb)溶液对德兰臭草种子进行胁迫萌发实验,旨在分析重金属Pb胁迫下内生真菌侵染对宿主种子萌发及生长的影响。【结果】结果表明:5 mg?L-1的铅溶液能促进种子萌发,显著促进幼苗根长和干重、鲜重(P﹤0.05)。随着铅胁迫浓度的依次增加,对德兰臭草种子的萌发、生长指标抑制程度也随之加大。内生真菌侵染能够缓解相同浓度下Pb溶液对宿主的抑制程度,尤其当Pb胁迫浓度大于800 mg?L-1,E+种子的萌发率、发芽势、幼苗干重均显著高于E-种子(P﹤0.05)。同时,内生真菌侵染降低了德兰臭草幼苗中Pb2+ 的总含量,尤其在高浓度胁迫下。【结论】研究表明,内生真菌的侵染有效缓解了Pb对德兰臭草种子萌发和生长的毒害作用,进一步证实了共生微生物能增强宿主德兰臭草对重金属Pb兰臭草的铅耐受性。
英文摘要:
      The effect of Pb on Melica transsilvanica infected with or free from Epichlo? sp. was studied by different concentration of Pb to analyse the effect of Pb stress on seed germination of host, aiming to analyse the effect of endophyte infection . The result showed that 5mg?L-1 Pb can promote seed germination,The root length, dry weight, fresh weight of the seedlings were significantly improved(P﹤0.05).With the increasing concentration of Pb, the germination and growth index of the seeds of Melica transsilvanica increased. Epichlo? guerinii infection alleviates host the degree of inhibition by the same concentration of Pb, especially when Pb solution is more than 800 mg?L-1, E+ seedlings Significantly higher than E- about germination percentage、germination potential、dry weight(P﹤0.05).Simultaneously, the presence of the fungus in the plant led to a limitation of the total Pb concentration.In conclusion, endophyte infection had a beneficial effect of Pb stress on the host Melica transsilvanica.
