为提高镉(Cd)超积累植物钻叶紫菀的植物修复效率,对4种外源物质调控钻叶紫菀生长和Cd积累及抗氧化系统进行了研究。在砂培条件下,采用尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖(UDPG)、茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)、亚精胺(SPD)和脱落酸(ABA)4种外源物质对30 mg·L-1 Cd处理下的钻叶紫菀进行叶面喷施处理,对其生物量、Cd含量、Cd积累量和抗氧化系统进行分析。结果表明:相较于单独Cd处理,ABA和 UDPG 处理显著增加钻叶紫菀生物量和地上部 Cd积累量。外源喷施 0.1 mg·L-1 ABA后,钻叶紫菀地上部干质量和Cd积累量分别增加了107.1%和152.2%;外源喷施0.1 mg·L-1 UDPG后,钻叶紫菀地上部干质量和Cd积累量分别增加了72.3%和87.4%。SPD处理提高了地上部Cd含量且高浓度缓解了Cd对钻叶紫菀生长的不利影响;MeJA处理显著抑制钻叶紫菀对Cd的积累。0.4 mg·L-1 MeJA和5 mg·L-1 SPD处理的钻叶紫菀叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量分别降低了21.6%和25.0%。UDPG和0.1 mg·L-1 ABA处理均显著提高谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和抗坏血酸酶(APX)活性。研究表明,外源喷施适宜浓度的ABA和UDPG可以有效缓解Cd对钻叶紫菀的生长抑制,提高植株生物量,增加地上部Cd积累量,提高钻叶紫菀对Cd的耐受性。 |

In order to improve the phytoremediation efficiency of the Aster subulatus Michx.(A. subulatus), a Cd-hyperaccumulator, the effects of four exogenous substances on the growth, Cd accumulation and antioxidant system of A. subulatus was studied. In this study, the effects of biomass, Cd content, Cd accumulation, and the antioxidant system were analyzed in the application of glucosidine diphosphate (UDPG)and methyl jasmonate(MeJA), spermidine(SPD), and abscisic acid(ABA)on A. subulatus under sand culture condition with 30 mg·L-1 Cd. Compared with Cd treatment alone, application of ABA and UDPG significantly increased biomass and aboveground Cd accumulation. After application of 0.1 mg·L-1 ABA, aboveground dry weight and Cd accumulation increased by 107.1% and 152.2%, respectively; after application of 0.1 mg·L-1 UDPG, aboveground dry weight and Cd accumulation increased by 72.3% and 87.4%, respectively. Treatment of SPD increased the aboveground Cd content and the high concentration treatment alleviated the adverse effects of Cd on the growth of A. subulatus. MeJA treatment significantly inhibited the accumulation of Cd in A. subulatus. Treatment with 0.4 mg·L-1 MeJA and 5 mg·L-1 SPD significantly reduced the MDA content of A. subulatus leaves by 21.6% and 25.0%, respectively. Treatment with UDPG and 0.1 mg·L-1 ABA significantly increased the content of GSH and the activities of SOD and APX. In conclusion, exogenous application of appropriate concentrations of ABA and UDPG effectively alleviated the growth inhibition of Cd on A. subulatus, increased plant biomass and Cd accumulation, and improved the tolerance of A. subulatus to Cd. |
