      随着我国肉鸭养殖行业的集约化、规模化发展,产生了大量的养殖粪污。由于肉鸭养殖粪污固体颗粒细小、水分含量高且较为黏稠等问题,现有的固液分离技术在分离效率和经济效益上都难以达到实际生产运营的要求。本研究通过单因素试验初步明确了含固率、离心转速和筛网目数对肉鸭粪污中化学需氧量(COD)、总氮(TN)和磷酸盐(PO43-)去除效果的影响。进一步采用Box-Behnken 设计进行组合试验,并利用 Design expert 获得优化参数组合。预测结果显示,当含固率为 2%、离心转速为 2 000 r·min-1且筛网目数为150目时可取得较好的分离效果,其COD、TN和PO43-的去除率分别可达到79.3%、74.7%和84.7%。以预测的最佳参数通过验证试验得出COD、TN和PO43-的实际去除率分别为77.6%、69.7%和79.8%,与预测值之间的差异小于5%,表明响应曲面法在预测肉鸭粪污固液分离处理效果方面具有较高的准确性。然而,尽管优化后的参数提高了分离效率,机械固液分离技术对肉鸭粪污中污染物的去除效果仍有限,有待进一步改进以满足实际生产的需求。

      With the intensive and large-scale development of China's meat duck breeding industry, a large amount of breeding manure has been produced. Due to the problems of fine solid particles, high water content and relatively viscous manure in meat duck breeding, the existing solid-liquid separation technology is difficult to meet the requirements of actual production in terms of economic benefits and separation efficiency. The effects of solid content, centrifugal speed and mesh number on the removal of COD, TN andPO43- in meat duck manure were determined by single factor test. The Box-Behnken experimental design was used to carry out the combination test, and finally the design expert obtained the optimal parameter combination, and the prediction results showed that when the solid content was 2%, the centrifugal speed was 2 000 r·min-1, and the mesh number was 150 mesh, the removal rates of COD, TN andPO43- could reach 79.3%, 74.7% and 84.7%. The removal rates of COD, TN and PO43- were 77.6%, 69.7% 和 79.8%, respectively, and the difference between them and the predicted values was less than 5%. It is shown that the prediction of the effect of the pretreatment process of solid-liquid separation of meat duck manure based on the response surface method is relatively accurate. However, although the optimized parameters improve the separation efficiency, the removal effect of mechanical solid-liquid separation technology on contaminants in duck manure is still limited, and it needs to be further improved to meet the needs of actual production.
