      为了探究云南赤水河流域历史遗留硫磺冶炼废渣堆周边土壤重金属污染状况,分析其对生态环境及人体健康的潜在威胁,本研究结合植物吸收模型(Plant uptake models)与蒙特卡洛模拟(Monte Carlo),开展食用蔬菜暴露途径下的精细化健康风险评估。结果表明:硫磺冶炼废渣堆周边土壤中检出Cr、As、Cu、Zn、Cd、Pb等多种重金属元素,其中Cu、Cd和As含量超过GB 15618—2018中的农用地土壤污染风险筛选值。基于植物吸收模型预测,As的致癌风险95%置信上限为6.45×10-6,超可接受风险水平的概率达87.5%;Cu的非致癌危害商95%置信上限为4.12,超可接受危害水平概率为87.8%。从受体人群角度,7~18岁青少年的As致癌风险95%置信上限是0~6岁儿童和18岁以上人群的8.5倍和1.9倍。敏感性分析显示,除污染物本身含量外,蔬菜日均摄入量是影响健康风险评估结果的主要因素。基于评估结果,建议禁止在硫磺冶炼废渣周边土壤上种植蔬菜作物,以降低重金属暴露风险。
英文摘要:
      To investigate the heavy metal contamination status of soils surrounding the historical sulfur smelting waste pile in the Chishui River basin, Yunnan Province, and to analyze its potential threats to the ecological environment and human health. This study conducted a refined health risk assessment for exposure through edible vegetables by integrating plant uptake models and Monte Carlo simulation. The results indicate multiple heavy metal elements including Cr, As, Cu, Zn, Cd, and Pb in the soil surrounding sulfur smelting waste piles, with Cu, Cd, and As contents exceeding the screening values for agricultural land stipulated in GB 15618—2018. Based on plant uptake model predictions, the 95% confidence upper limit of carcinogenic risk for As was 6.45×10-6, with an 87.5% probability of exceeding the acceptable risk level; the 95% confidence upper limit of non-carcinogenic hazard quotient for Cu was 4.12, with an 87.8% probability of exceeding the acceptable hazard level. From the perspective of exposed populations, the 95% confidence upper limit of As carcinogenic risk for adolescents aged 7-18 was 8.5 times and 1.9 times higher than that of children aged 0-6 and adults above 18, respectively. Sensitivity analysis indicated that besides pollutant contents, daily vegetable intake was a major factor influencing health risk assessment results. Based on the assessment results, it is recommended to prohibit growing vegetable crops in soils surrounding sulfur smelting waste piles to reduce heavy metal exposure risks. This study provides scientific evidence for local soil risk management and control, facilitating regional ecological environmental governance and sustainable development.
