| 为了研究低分子量有机酸(Low molecular weightorganic acids,LMWOAs)对新烟碱类农药在土壤介质中迁移行为的影响,本研究选取乙酸、苹果酸和柠檬酸为典型的低分子量有机酸,以啶虫脒(Acetamiprid,ATP)为代表性新烟碱类农药,探究了这3种LMWOAs对ATP在土壤中迁移的影响规律。结果表明:在酸性条件(pH 5.0)下,乙酸和苹果酸抑制了ATP的迁移,而柠檬酸则略促进了ATP的迁移。主要是乙酸或苹果酸通过静电吸引、氢键等作用而沉积在土壤表面,为ATP提供了额外的沉积位点。而柠檬酸分子结构较大,沉积的柠檬酸分子产生的空间位阻效应抵消了额外沉积位点增加所导致的迁移抑制作用。在中性条件下(pH 7.0),3种LMWOAs对ATP迁移的促进能力表现为乙酸<苹果酸<柠檬酸,此现象主要归因于LMWOAs和ATP在土壤颗粒表面的竞争性沉积作用、沉积引起的空间位阻效应及有机酸结构(如官能团和分子大小)等。此外,Ca2+产生的阳离子桥连作用增强了LMWOAs对ATP迁移的促进作用。研究表明,作为土壤和水环境中普遍存在的活性物质,LMWOAs能够影响新烟碱类农药的迁移行为和归趋。 |

| To investigate the transport of neonicotinoid pesticides in soil influenced by ubiquitous low-molecular-weight organic acids (LMWOAs), this study examined the effects of three structurally distinct LMWOAs(citric acid, acetic acid, and malic acid)on the mobility of acetamiprid(ATP), a typical neonicotinoid pesticide. Under acidic conditions(pH 5.0), acetic acid and malic acid suppressed ATP transport. This inhibition is attributed to enhanced electrostatic attraction between ATP and the porous media, along with additional binding sites provided by deposited LMWOAs. In contrast, citric acid slightly promoted ATP mobility, as the steric hindrance induced by its larger molecular size mitigated the inhibitory effect. Under neutral condition(pH 7.0), LMWOAs could promote the mobility of ATP in the order of citric acid > malic acid > acetic acid, which was mainly attributed to the competitive deposition between LMWOAs and ATP on the surface of soil particles, the steric hindrance effect caused by deposition, and the structure of LMWOAs(e.g., functional groups and molecular size). Additionally, when the background solutions contained Ca2+, the bridging effect of cations also contributed to the transportenhancement effects of LMWOAs. The results of this study demonstrated that these active and ubiquitous organic components(i. e., LMWOAs)play considerable roles in the environmental behaviors and fate of neonicotinoid pesticides in the aquifer media. |
