| 为明确生物炭施用量及其与黄腐酸配施对盐渍化棉田的改良效果,本研究通过盆栽试验,探究了不同生物炭用量(0、10、22.5、40 t·hm-2)与黄腐酸施用量(0、1.5 t·hm-2)组合对新疆阿克苏盐渍土质量和棉花苗期生长的影响。结果表明,随生物炭施用量的增加,土壤有机碳、有效磷、速效钾及棉花生物量总体呈上升趋势。其中,40 t·hm-2生物炭配施黄腐酸处理的土壤速效钾含量最高,较对照提高726.0%。生物炭与黄腐酸配施总体表现出较好的综合改良效果,尤其在调节土壤pH、改善离子平衡以及提高棉花种子的出苗速度和促进根系发育等方面效果较好。22.5 t·hm-2生物炭配施1.5 t·hm-2黄腐酸处理的棉花累计出苗率最先达到100%(播种后第6天),与对照相比,该处理使棉花苗期株高、茎粗、地上部干物质量和地下部干物质量分别增加了39.7%、32.1%、24.2%和39.1%,总根长、分枝数、根表面积和根体积分别提高145.1%、128.5%、118.6%和83.3%。综合效应与成本分析表明,22.5t·hm-2生物炭配施1.5 t·hm-2黄腐酸是本试验条件下最优的配施方案。 |

| To clarify the effects of different biochar application rates and their combined application with fulvic acid (FA)on the amelioration of saline cotton fields, a pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of four biochar application rates(0, 10, 22.5 t· hm-2, and 40 t·hm-2)combined with two FA application rates(0 and 1.5 t·hm-2)on saline soil quality and cotton seedling growth in Aksu, Xinjiang. The results showed that soil organic carbon, available phosphorus, and available potassium, and cotton biomass generally increased with increasing biochar application rates. The combined application of 40 t· hm-2 biochar and FA resulted in the highest soil available potassium content, representing an increase of 726.0% relative to the control. Biochar and FA generally produced greater overall ameliorative effects, particularly in regulating soil pH, improving ionic balance, accelerating cotton seedling emergence, and promoting root development. The treatment combining 22.5 t·hm-2 biochar with 1.5 t·hm-2 FA was the first to achieve a cumulative seedling emergence rate of 100%(which occurred 6 days after sowing). Compared with the control, this treatment increased seedling height, stem diameter, aboveground dry weight, and belowground dry weight by 39.7%, 32.1%, 24.2%, and 39.1%, respectively. It also markedly increased total root length, number of root branches, root surface area, and root volume by 145.1%, 128.5%, 118.6%, and 83.3%, respectively. A comprehensive assessment of treatment effects and costs indicated that the combination of 22.5 t·hm-2 biochar and 1.5 t·hm-2 FA was the optimal application strategy under the conditions of this experiment. |
