      为探讨小白菜(Brassica chinensis L.)对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)微塑料胁迫的响应特征,本研究通过连续三季的盆栽试验,研究了不同浓度(2.50、5.00、10.00、20.00 g·kg-1)HDPE微塑料(粒径 48~150 μm)对小白菜生长、营养品质和土壤养分有效性的影响。结果表明:HDPE微塑料显著抑制了小白菜的生长和光合作用。第一季和第二季小白菜鲜质量显著降低 15.31%~31.48%和12.16%~29.53%;3季小白菜叶绿素 b和叶绿素 a+b总量分别降低 45.45%~84.47%和 33.22%~70.18%。同时,3季小白菜营养品质也发生显著变化,淀粉含量降低6.95%~61.60%,可溶性糖含量升高4.02%~134.14%,植株锰含量最大降幅达到69.15%(第二季)。微塑料影响下小白菜生长和品质指标变化与土壤有效态锰含量以及小白菜植株锰含量降低呈现较强相关关系。研究表明,HDPE微塑料对小白菜生长和品质的影响随其浓度的升高而增强,随种植季度递增呈减弱趋势,而土壤中锰有效性的变化以及微塑料对作物根系的直接作用是影响小白菜生长和品质的重要原因。

      In order to explore the response characteristics of Chinese cabbage(Brassica chinensis L.)to high-density polyethylene(HDPE) microplastics stress, a pot experiment was conducted over three consecutive growing seasons. The study examined the effects of different concentrations of HDPE microplastics(2.50, 5.00, 10.00, 20.00 g·kg-1), with particle sizes ranging from 48 μm to 150 μm, on the growth and nutritional quality of Chinese cabbage, as well as soil nutrient availability. The results showed that HDPE microplastics significantly inhibited the growth and photosynthesis of Chinese cabbage. The fresh weight of Chinese cabbage decreased significantly by 15.31%-31.48% in first season and by 12.16%-29.53% in the second season. The total content of chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a+b decreased by 45.45%-84.47% and 33.22%-70.18%, respectively. Additionally, the nutritional quality of Chinese cabbage in the three seasons also changed significantly. The starch content decreased by 6.95%-61.60%, the soluble sugar content increased by 4.02%-134.14%, and the manganese content of the plant decreased by 69.15%(in the second season). In addition, the changes of growth and quality indexes of Chinese cabbage under the influence of microplastics were significantly correlated with the reduction of available manganese content in soil and manganese content in Chinese cabbage plants. In general, the effects of HDPE microplastics on the growth and quality of Chinese cabbage increased with the increase in concentration but decreased with the extension of planting season. The change in manganese availability in soil and the direct effect of microplastics on crop roots may be the important reasons influencing the growth and quality of Chinese cabbage.
