      为揭示沼肥施用对土壤及不同作物的重金属累积风险,基于Meta分析方法,通过65篇文献中的1 130条有效数据,综合分析了沼肥施用对土壤及不同作物中重金属含量的影响。结果表明:沼肥施用使土壤中Hg、Pb、Cd、Cr、As的含量分别增加19.1%、2.0%、11.2%、12.6%、59.7%,且5种重金属元素受沼肥施用的影响存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。沼肥施用后土壤中Hg、Cd高风险及以上的比例分别为48.3%、47.7%,而Pb、Cr、As均处于低风险。沼肥施用使酸性土壤pH值增加,且土壤中Pb、As含量与土壤pH值呈正相关,土壤中Hg含量与土壤pH值呈负相关。沼肥施用使粮食和蔬菜作物中Pb、Cr含量增加0.4%、10.6%和38.4%、44.3%,Cd含量在两类作物中均无明显累积规律,且沼肥施用对两类作物中Pb、Cd、Cr含量的影响均不存在显著性差异。蔬菜作物的成人目标危害系数(THQ)为 0.509~0.626,儿童 THQ值为 0.728~0.894,分别高于粮食作物的成人 THQ值(0.158~0.487)和儿童 THQ值(0.215~0.662)。研究表明,粮食、蔬菜作物的平均THQ均在标准值1以内,因此,食用施用沼肥的两类作物无健康风险。

      In order to reveal the risk of heavy metal accumulation in soil and different crops due to the application of biogas fertilizer, the effects of biogas fertilizer application on heavy metal contents in soil and different crops were comprehensively analyzed based on Metaanalysis method with 1 130 valid data from 65 literatures. The results showed that the application of biogas fertilizer increased the content of five heavy metals(Hg, Pb, Cd, Cr and As)in soil by 19.1%, 2.0%, 11.2%, 12.6% and 59.7%, respectively, and there was a significant difference between the five heavy metal elements affected by biogas fertilizer application(P<0.05). The proportion of Hg and Cd in the soil with high risk and above after the application of biogas fertilizer was 48.3% and 47.7%, respectively, while Pb, Cr and As were at low risk. Biogas fertilizer application increased the pH of acidic soil, and the content of soil heavy metals Pb and As was positively correlated with soil pH, while the content of soil heavy metals Hg was negatively correlated with soil pH. The application of biogas fertilizer increased content of Pb and Cr in grain by 0.4% and 38.4%, increased content of Pb and Cr in vegetable crops by 10.6% and 44.3%. And there was no obvious accumulation pattern of Cd contents in the two types of crops, and there was no significant difference in the effects of biogas fertilizer application on the Pb, Cd and Cr contents of the two types of crops. The results of human intake risk evaluation showed that the target hazard coefficients(THQ)of vegetable crops were 0.509-0.626 for adults and 0.728-0.894 for children, which were higher than the THQ values of food crops for adults(0.158-0.487)and children(0.215-0.662), respectively. The average THQ of food and vegetable crops were within the standard value of 1. Therefore, there is no health risk of consuming the two types of crops applied by biogas fertilizer.
