| 作为一种新型生物污染物,抗生素抗性基因(ARGs)通过微生物的媒介作用在环境中的传播扩散严重威胁人类健康。生源要素循环是维持微生物生理代谢活动的基本过程,在介导胞内ARGs的增殖传播中发挥重要作用。本文基于已有研究成果,通过系统综述微生物胞内碳、氮、磷、铁的代谢途径、中间产物、关键通路对微生物群落结构及ARGs增殖传播的调控作用,讨论了微生物生源要素循环过程与ARGs增殖传播的耦联机制,为揭示微生物代谢活动与ARGs传播的互作关系、深化ARGs环境行为的研究内涵提供理论基础和科学依据。 |

| As a novel biological pollutant, antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs)pose a significant threat to human health by spreading and disseminating in the environment via microbial vectors. The cycling of biogenic elements is a fundamental process that sustains microbial physiological and metabolic activities, playing a crucial role in mediating the proliferation and dissemination of intracellular ARGs. Based on the existing research findings, this paper systematically reviews the regulatory effects of microbial intracellular metabolic pathways, intermediates, and key processes of carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, and iron on microbial community structure and ARGs proliferation and dissemination. The coupled mechanisms between microbial biogenic element cycles and the proliferation and dissemination of ARGs are explored, aiming to provide a theoretical foundation and scientific basis for elucidating the interactive relationship between microbial metabolic activities and ARG spread, deepening the research connotation of ARGs environmental behavior. |
