Abstract: |
The study sought to better understand the application procedures and methods of the theoretical treatment cost method when the baseline level is not achieved after remediation or when the current pollution level exceeds the baseline level, but does not need remediation, The theoretical basis, research progress, and application procedures of the theoretical treatment cost method were explored. Application research was performed with farmland ecological environment damage as an example to construct the theoretical treatment cost function with phytoremediation efficiency and scale as independent variables. The results revealed that the most important variables affecting the theoretical treatment cost function of plants are the repair period(Ni)and the area of the damaged area(Ai). For the damaged plots that have been identified, the size of the treatment cost mainly depends on the phytoremediation efficiency(i.e. mi)that affects the repair life. The findings indicate that the phytoremediation theoretical treatment cost method is more suitable for quantifying the damage value of farmland damage. However, the method is affected by factors that include plant growth conditions and degree of damage, and the theoretical treatment cost is lower than the actual treatment cost. |
