Abstract: |
The cultivation of farmland is fundamental to agricultural production, and the maintenance of a healthy farmland ecosystem plays a pivotal role in ensuring food security.The“Technical guidelines for identification and assessment of environmental damage—Ecosystem—Part 1:Farmland ecosystem”(GB / T 43871.1—2024)aims to provide a unified scale and technical basis for the identification and assessment of farmland ecosystem damage in China, and to provide technical support for the reform of the environmental damage compensation system and national food security. This standard will be implemented from July 1, 2024. In order to better understand and grasp the connotation of the standard comprehensively and correctly, this article systematically elaborates on the background of standard preparation, reviews research progress at home and abroad, and interprets the main content and technical points of damage investigation, causal relationship analysis, loss assessment, recovery plan preparation, and recovery effect evaluation. |
