| 为实现耕地利用效益最大化和环境污染最小化,耕地利用可持续集约化(SICLU)为我国耕地利用转型与生态文明建设提供了可能的方向。本研究利用能值核算法分析了2001—2021年长江经济带耕地利用过程中的投入产出流,测算了长江经济带上中下游11个省(市)的SICLU水平。结果表明:长江经济带耕地总投入呈下降趋势,总产出呈上升趋势,且投入/产出结构区域差异明显,耕地利用过程中表土净损失是耕地系统恢复力的1.73倍,这给耕地保护带来了巨大压力。长江经济带耕地可再生有机能投入呈中游>上游>下游的特征,不可再生工业辅助能呈下游>中游>上游的特征,可再生自然资源、不可再生自然资源均呈上游>中游>下游的特征,废弃物排放呈下游>中游>上游的特征。长江经济带能值生产率、能值产出率、环境负载率和经济效率四个指标均自西向东呈低、中、高三级阶梯状分布,上游最低、中游居中、下游最高。长江经济带SICLU指数由2001年的260.22上升到2021年的342.23,自西向东呈高、中、低三级阶梯式分布,上游最高、中游居中、下游最低。自然环境差异、水稻种植面积、社会经济系统的能值投入是SICLU指数时空格局分异的重要原因。研究结果为长江经济带构建粮食安全与当地特色的高值多功能农业相结合的适度规模经营体系、培育高附加值多功能农业业态提供理论参考。 |

| The sustainable intensification of cultivated land offers a novel research paradigm for addressing the food security and resource and environmental constraints dilemma. This study employed the energy analysis method to examine the input-output flow of cultivated land utilization in the Yangtze River basin from 2001 to 2021, estimating the level of sustainable intensification in nine prefecture-level administrative regions and two municipalities across the upper, middle, and lower reaches of the basin. The findings revealed that the annual energy input within the cultivated land system in the Yangtze River basin exhibited a declining trend, while energy output demonstrated an upward trend with noticeable regional variations in input/output structure. Within this system, renewable organic energy input followed a pattern of middle reaches > upper reaches > lower reaches, non-renewable industrial auxiliary energy showed a pattern of lower reaches > middle reaches > upper reaches, renewable environmental resources and non-renewable environmental resources followed a pattern of upper reaches > middle reaches > lower reaches, and waste discharge displayed a pattern of lower reaches > middle reaches > upper reaches. Energy productivity rate, energy yield rate, environmental load rate and economic efficiency displayed a three-step distribution pattern from west to east within the Yangtze River basin low in its upper reaches, medium in its middle reaches, and high in its lower reaches; Sustainable intensive degree of cultivated basin use in Yangtze River basin increased from 260.22 in 2001 to 342.23 in 2021, upstream was highest, centered in the middle reach of Yangtze river, and to west in the low reaches of the Yangtze river, showing high, medium and low three-level stepped distribution from west to east. The difference of natural environment and energy input from social and economic system were the important reasons for the spatiotemporal variation of sustainable intensity of cultivated land use. The results are helpful to the integrated management of cultivated land resources in the Yangtze River basin and provide scientific basis for the development and utilization of cultivated land resources. |
