| 科学评价湖北省及流域分区传统农区乡村多功能发展状况，不仅是对乡村振兴战略下乡村多功能发展情况的客观评判，而且为今后乡村发展方向和优化策略提供现实依据。以流域范围为依据将湖北省划分为五大分区，基于“三生”空间理论构建“生产-生活-生态”功能指标体系，测算2017—2022年全省及五大分区73个县域传统农区乡村多功能发展水平，采用Dagum基尼系数和方差分解法，剖析五大流域分区乡村多功能发展地区差异及来源，最后探究阻碍湖北省及流域分区传统农区乡村多功能发展的主要障碍因子。结果表明，从发展水平测算结果看，研究期内湖北省及各流域分区传统农区乡村多功能发展水平整体呈现出上升态势，且区域间差异对空间分异程度的贡献率最高；从主要障碍因子看，研究期内湖北省及五大分区传统农区乡村多功能发展的主要障碍因子均为农村居民人均可支配收入和植被覆盖率，且两因子障碍度仍缓慢提升。综上，湖北省传统农区乡村多功能发展水平稳步提升，但仍面临居民增收困难、生态保育压力大和城乡差距较大等诸多挑战。 |

| The scientific evaluation of the development of rural multi function in traditional agricultural areas in Hubei Province and drainage basin divisions is not only an objective evaluation of the development of rural multi function under the rural revitalization strategy, but also provides a realistic basis for the future development direction and optimization strategy. Based on the drainage basin range, Hubei Province was divided into five major regions, and the functional index system of“production-life-ecology”was constructed based on the “ecological-production-living space”spatial theory, and the level of rural multifunctional development in traditional agricultural areas in the province and 73 counties in the five major divisions from 2017 to 2022 was calculated. The Dagum Gini coefficient and variance decomposition method were used to analyze the regional differences and sources of rural multifunctional development in the five major river basin zones. Finally, this study explored the main obstacles hindering the multifunctional development of rural areas in Hubei Province and the river basin subdivision. According to the results of the estimation of development level, the multi functional development level of traditional rural areas in Hubei Province and each drainage basin divisions showed an overall upward trend during the study period, and the contribution rate of regional differences to the degree of spatial differentiation was the highest. From the perspective of the main obstacle factors, the main obstacle factors to the development of rural multi function in traditional rural areas in Hubei Province and the five major divisions during the study period were the per capita disposable income of rural residents and the vegetation coverage rate, and the obstacle degree of the two factors still increased slowly. In summary, the level of rural multi functional development in traditional agricultural areas in Hubei Province has been steadily improved, but it still faces many challenges, such as difficulties in increasing residents' income, high pressure on ecological conservation, and large gap between urban and rural areas. |
