      为揭示浙江省种植业在“粮、钱、碳”三重需求下的生产特征与动态变化,采用超效率SBM模型从全省和区县两个尺度对种植业的生产效率加以评估,继而从时间和空间两个视角对种植业多功能的实现情况进行了权衡/协同分析。效率评估结果表明:省域层面种植业的生产效率以2013年为“分水岭”,其中2002—2013年为效率下降阶段,2014—2022年为效率提升阶段;2022年种植业具有效率的区县为29个,约占区县总数的1/3,缺乏效率的区县主要分布在金衢盆地和温黄平原。权衡/协同分析表明:在时间维度上,浙江省种植业的“粮-钱”功能和“粮-碳”均表现为权衡关系,而“钱-碳”功能则表现为协同关系;空间维度上,受区县间农业资源禀赋较大差异的影响,“粮、钱、碳”关系表现为正相关关系;“粮-钱”“粮-碳”“钱-碳”高-高值聚类区均位于资源禀赋较好的浙北地区,低-低值聚类区均位于农地资源匮乏的浙南山区和东北部海岛。浙江省应加快农业绿色低碳发展和稳定粮食产量,以进一步提高种植业的综合生产效率。

      To reveal the production characteristics and dynamics of the planting industry in Zhejiang Province under the triple demands of "(higher)Yield,(more)Profit, and(less)Carbon emission", the super efficiency SBM model was used to evaluate the production efficiency of the industry at the provincial and county scales, and tradeoff/synergy analysis on the realization of the industry’s multiple functions was conducted subsequently from both temporal and spatial perspectives. Efficiency evaluation results indicated that the production efficiency of the planting industry at the provincial level decreased from 2003 to 2013, and then increased continuously till the end of the study period(2022). About one-third of counties(29)were efficient in the planting industry in 2022, while the inefficient counties were mainly distributed across the Jinqu Basin and the Wenhuang Plain. The tradeoff/synergy analysis showed that temporally trade-off relationships existed between the "Yield-Profit" functions as well as between the "Yield-Carbon emission" functions of the planting industry, while synergistic relationship existed between the "Profit-Carbon emission" functions. The yield, profit and carbon emission functions of the planting industry were positively and spatially correlated due to the stark differences in agricultural resource endowments among counties. Counties with a planting industry characterized by higher yields, more profit and less carbon emissions were mainly located in northern Zhejiang with relatively abundant agricultural resource, while counties with a planting industry characterized by lower yields, less profit and more carbon emissions were almost distributed across the mountainous region of southern Zhejiang and the northeast islands with poor agricultural resources. Therefore, local governments in Zhejiang Province should lay more emphasis on the development of green and low-carbon agriculture, and to stabilize grain production, so as to further improve the comprehensive production efficiency of the planting industry.
