      为实现食用菌菌渣的高效转化与利用,本研究采用白星花金龟幼虫作为生物反应器,利用中试规模的处理槽转化平菇菌渣生成高品质虫粪肥料和优质虫体蛋白,考察了原料预处理时间和幼虫投放密度对菌渣转化率和虫粪产率的影响;采用PCR扩增16S rRNA基因的V3~V4区域,在Illumina Miseq测序平台对扩增产物进行高通量测序,研究白星花金龟虫粪、蚯蚓粪及有机肥样本的微生物群落组成,并对3种肥料进行了理化性能对比分析。结果表明:平菇菌渣预处理时间为7 d、幼虫投放密度为4 800条·100 kg-1干料的条件下,菌渣转化率和虫粪产率最高,分别为91.89%和86.58%;白星花金龟虫粪的微生物种类、丰度、生物多样性和理化性质均优于蚯蚓粪和有机肥;利用白星花金龟虫粪作为改性剂添加到基质中种植草莓,草莓的产量比未添加虫粪的配方提高了12.04%。本研究为白星花金龟幼虫规模化处理食用菌菌渣以及虫粪的肥料化应用提供了优化的工艺参数和微生物组学的数据支持。

      To achieve efficient conversion and utilization of spent mushroom substrate, the study utilized the Protaetia brevitarsis larvae as a bioreactor to convert spent Pleurotus ostreatus substrate into high-quality insect frass fertilizer and premium insect protein by using pilot-scale treatment tanks. Effects of raw material pretreatment time and larvae stocking density on the conversion rate of spent Pleurotus ostreatus substrate and frass yield were investigated. The V3-V4 regions of the 16S rRNA gene were amplified by PCR, followed by high-throughput sequencing on the Illumina MiSeq platform to analyze microbial community composition and diversity in Protaetia brevitarsis frass, wormcast and organic fertilizer. The results indicated that the highest conversion rate of spent Pleurotus ostreatus substrate and frass yield, at 91.89% and 86.58% respectively, were achieved under the conditions of a 7-day pretreatment of spent Pleurotus ostreatus substrate and larvae stocking density of 4 800 larvae per 100 kg dry material. The results revealed that the microbial species, abundance, biodiversity, and physicochemical properties of Protaetia brevitarsis frass were better than wormcast and organic fertilizer. The Protaetia brevitarsis frass was used as a modifier added to the substrate for strawberry cultivation, the yield of strawberries increased by 12.04% compared with the formula without adding frass. This study provides optimized process parameters and microbiological data support for the large-scale processing of spent mushroom substrate by Protaetia brevitarsis larvae and the fertilizer application of their frass.
