      为探究湖南省耕地利用效率时空格局演变特征,并识别其驱动因素,本研究以湖南省14个市州为研究对象,采用超效率模型、核密度估计模型分析2010—2020年耕地利用效率时空演变特征,利用时空地理加权回归模型探究其驱动因素的时空分异性。结果显示:湖南省耕地利用效率呈波动上升趋势,总体增幅为17%。2010—2015年效率值低且呈逐年下降特征,2016—2020年效率值呈波动上升趋势,且逐步出现集聚特征。大湘西片区-长株潭片区-洞庭湖片区-湘南片区耕地效率依次递减,呈现中部高于西南、西北部的分布格局,低效率市州数量经历了增加-减少的变化过程,核密度曲线呈现“双峰”且宽度收窄的格局,具有两极分化现象。耕地利用效率受耕地资源禀赋、农业生产条件、经济发展水平、政府重视程度等多维驱动,且各因子的驱动作用存在显著的时空异质性。研究表明,湖南省耕地资源利用效率具有空间非均衡性及影响因素的多维性,应对湖南省耕地资源因地制宜实施差异化管理,并探索构建多维联动的耕地保护长效机制,促进耕地利用集约化和可持续性。

      To investigate the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of cultivated land use efficiency in Hunan Province and identify its driving factors, this study took 14 prefecture-level cities in Hunan as the research subjects. Using the super-efficiency model and kernel density estimation, we analyzed the spatiotemporal evolution of cultivated land use efficiency from 2010 to 2020, and employed a geographically and temporally weighted regression(GTWR)model to explore the spatiotemporal heterogeneity of driving factors. The results showed that cultivated land use efficiency in Hunan exhibited a fluctuating upward trend, with an overall increase of 17%. From 2010 to 2015, efficiency values were low and showed a year-by-year decline, while from 2016 to 2020, they displayed a fluctuating upward trend with gradual agglomeration characteristics. The efficiency levels followed a descending order:Greater Western Hunan Region > Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Region > Dongting Lake Region > Southern Hunan Region, presenting a spatial pattern where central areas outperformed southwestern and northwestern regions. The number of low-efficiency cities underwent an increase-decrease transition. The kernel density curve exhibited a bimodal distribution with narrowing width, indicating "club convergence" and polarization. Cultivated land use efficiency was driven by multiple dimensions, including cultivated land resource endowment, agricultural production conditions, economic development level, and government policy emphasis, with significant spatiotemporal heterogeneity in the influence of each factor. Hunan Province should adopt region-specific and differentiated management strategies based on the spatial imbalance of cultivated land use efficiency and the multidimensionality of influencing factors. Additionally, efforts should be made to establish a long-term mechanism for cultivated land protection through multidimensional coordination, promoting intensive and sustainable land use.
