      为了筛选适宜安全生产的低积累和适合植物修复的高积累水稻品种,本研究以24个水稻品种为研究对象,开展大田试验,研究了其主要农艺性状、产量表现和积累特征及其对污染土壤的修复潜力。结果表明:综合稻米Cd含量和产量,YXY8133、YHY1H、7936、YHD5815和YZN1H适宜在轻微和轻度Cd污染稻田安全种植。在轻微Cd污染稻田的所有水稻品种地上部Cd富集系数均小于1,而在轻度Cd污染稻田的8313、8174、5031和7982地上部Cd富集系数大于1且显著高于其他品种(P<0.05),其中8313最高达1.71。水稻地上部Cd积累量为663.17~19 549.13 mg·hm-2,8313、8174、5031和7982地上部Cd积累量显著高于其他品种(P<0.05),其地上部Cd净化率分别为4.70%、3.53%、3.15%和2.45%,这些品种适用于减少土壤Cd存量的植物修复。研究结果可为Cd污染稻田安全利用与植物修复提供新材料。
英文摘要:
      To screen for low Cd-accumulation varieties suitable for safe production and the high Cd-accumulation varieties suitable for phy toremediation, a field experiment was conducted using 24 rice varieties. The main agronomic traits, yield performance, and Cd accumulation characteristics were compared. The results showed that, considering both grain Cd concentration and yield, the varieties YXY8133, YHY1H, 7936, YHD5815 and YZN1H were suitable for safe cultivation and relatively high yield in slightly and mildly Cdcontaminated paddy fields. The shoot Cd enrichment factors of all varieties were <1 in slightly contaminated fields. In mildly contaminated fields, varieties 8313, 8174, 5031 and 7982 exhibited shoot enrichment factors were>1, which significantly higher than those of other varieties(P<0.05), with the highest value of 1.71 observed in 8313. The shoot Cd accumulation among varieties ranged from 663.17 mg· hm-2 to 19 549.13 mg·hm-2. The shoot Cd accumulation of varieties 8313, 8174, 5031 and 7982 were significantly higher than others(P<0.05). The shoot Cd removal rates of varieties 8313, 8174, 5031 and 7982 were 4.70%, 3.53%, 3.15% and 2.45%, respectively. These varieties are suitable for phy toremediation to reduce soil Cd stock. The findings provide new materials for the safe utilization and phy toremediation in Cd-contaminated paddy fields.
