      采用2 d种群增长和生命表参数实验评价了乐果对萼花臂尾轮虫的毒性效应,结果表明萼花臂尾轮虫的种群增长率和净生殖率均随乐果浓度的升高显著下降,净生殖率与乐果浓度显著相关。以3 d种群动态参数(种群增长率、混交率、携卵雌体/非携卵雌体)、7 d休眠卵产量、孵化率及孵化后增长率为指标研究了低剂量乐果(0.000 5~1.562 5 mg·L-1)对萼花臂尾轮虫繁殖的影响,结果表明,乐果对种群增长率、休眠卵产量和孵化率均有显著影响:0.000 5 mg·L-1浓度组种群增长率显著上升了10.81%;0.012 5 mg·L-1和1.562 5 mg·L-1浓度的试验组休眠卵产量比对照组分别升高了64.71%和76.47%;0.062 5 mg·L-1和1.562 5 mg·L-1乐果试验组休眠卵孵化率比对照分别下降了36.84%和21.05%。母体暴露于乐果中,对其后代恢复生长的3 d种群参数无显著影响。实验结果表明萼花臂尾轮虫净生殖率是检测乐果毒性的敏感指标,实验中未发现乐果对萼花臂尾轮虫产生明显的传代效应。
英文摘要:
      Toxic effects of dimethoate on Brachionous calyciflorus were examined in laboratory using 2 d population growth test and life-table techniques. Increasing dimethoate concentrations significantly decreased the population growth rate and net reproductive rate(R0) of B. calyciflorus. There was a significant negative relationship between dimethoate concentrations and R0. However, treatment with 0.000 5 mg·L-1 dimethoate increased the population growth rate by 10.81%. Compared with the control group, the resting eggs production increased by 64.71% and 76.47% at 0.012 5 mg·L-1 and 1.562 5 mg·L-1 dimethoate, and the resting egg hatching rate decreased by 36.84% and 21.05% at 0.062 5 mg·L-1 and 1.562 5 mg·L-1 dimethoate, respectively. In 3 d test, the population parameters of offsprings of B.calyciflorus exposed to dimethoate were not significantly different from their parent. The results indicate that the net reproductive rate of B. calyciflorus might be used as a sensitive indicator of dimethoate and dimethoate might not have significant transgenerational reproductive impacts.
