      采用人工土壤试验方法,研究了重金属铬(Ⅵ)和多环芳烃菲单一及复合暴露对赤子爱胜蚓的急性毒性效应.单一暴露试验结果表明:铬(Ⅵ)对赤子爱胜蚓7 d和14 d的LC50分别为259.98 mg·kg-1和241.13 mg·kg-1;菲对赤子爱胜蚓7 d和14 d的LC50分别为88.01 mg·kg-1和60.96 mg·kg-1.铬(Ⅵ)和菲对赤子爱胜蚓都表现出明显的时间-浓度-效应关系,而且铬(Ⅵ)和菲对赤子爱胜蚓均具有一定毒性,菲的毒性大于铬(Ⅵ).采用铬(Ⅵ)和菲等毒性单位进行复合暴露试验,结果表明铬(Ⅵ)和菲混合物对蚯蚓7 d-LC50中铬(Ⅵ)和菲所含浓度分别为151.73 mg·kg-1和37.93 mg·kg-1;14 d-LC50中铬(Ⅵ)和菲所含浓度分别为 137.69 mg·kg-1和34.42 mg·kg-1,根据等效应线图判定其联合作用表现为相加作用.

      In recent years,there has been serious combined pollution of heavy metals and PAHs in soils,causing widespread concerns. The acute toxicity effects of single and co-exposure of chromium(Ⅵ) and phenanthrene on Eisenia foetida were examined with artificial soil test using standard OECD 207. The single exposure test showed that 7 d-LC50 and 14 d-LC50 values of chromium(Ⅵ) to Eisenia foetida were 259.98 mg·kg-1 and 241.13 mg·kg-1, respectively, and those of phenanthrene were 88.01 mg·kg-1 and 60.96 mg·kg-1, correspondingly. The earthworm mortality was obviously related with time and concentrations of the chemical exposure. Phenanthrene had greater toxicity to Eisenia foetida than chromium(Ⅵ) did. The joint acute toxicity of chromium(Ⅵ) and phenanthrene examined under toxic equivalent ratio indicated that the 7 d-LC50 values in the mixture were 151.73 mg·kg-1 and 37.93 mg·kg-1, and the 14 d-LC50 137.69 mg·kg-1 and 34.42 mg·kg-1, for chromium(Ⅵ) and phenanthrene, respectively. The joint effect of chromium(Ⅵ) and phenanthrene on Eisenia foetida was additional joint action based on the isobologram of exposure concentrations and time of chromium(Ⅵ) and phenanthrene.
