      采用大田试验,以荔枝树枝生物炭为稳定剂,大豆作为供试作物,研究生物炭的添加(T1,10 t·hm-2;T2,20 t·hm-2;T3,30 t·hm-2)对受As、Pb中度污染的矿区酸性农田土壤中大豆安全种植的影响。通过分析生物炭添加后对土壤基本理化性质的改变,以及对土壤中As和Pb含量及形态分布的影响,探讨大豆的生长及其对As,Pb的吸收情况。结果表明,生物炭的添加能够显著提高土壤pH(P<0.01)以及土壤CEC和有机质含量(P<0.05),与对照组相比,分别提高了7.0%~27.4%、0.7%~4.9%、21%~44%。随着生物炭添加量的增加,土壤中As(T1除外)、Pb总量及有效态含量逐渐降低。生物炭添加能显著提高大豆产量(T3处理组大豆产量为对照组的9.44倍),并降低了大豆对As(T1除外)和Pb的吸收,T3处理组能保证大豆的安全种植。本研究结果对矿区农田作物的安全种植具有借鉴意义。

      Experiments were carried out to study the effects of lychee wood biochar addition(T1, 10 t·hm-2; T2, 20 t·hm-2; T3, 30 t·hm-2) on the safe cultivation of soybean in the acidic farmland soil of a mining area with moderate As and Pb pollution. The effects of biochar on soil physicochemical properties, and the content and speciation distribution of As and Pb were investigated.The impact of biochar addition on soybean production and uptake of As and Pb were also discussed. The results showed that the application of biochar significantly increased soil pH(P<0.01), and the content of soil CEC and organic matter(P<0.05),by 6.9%~21.4%, 0.7%~4.8%, and 21%~44%, respectively, compared with the control. With the increase in biochar addition, the total amount and ratio of bioavailable portion of As(except for T1) and Pb in soil decreased gradually. The addition of biochar significantly increased soybean yield with the highest obtained from T3, which increased soybean yield by of about 9.44 times that of the control. As and Pb uptake by soybean also decreased with biochar addition and T3 treatment might guarantee the safe cultivation of soybean in the tested soil. Overall, the results of this study provide a scientific basis for safe cultivation in a mining area.
