LU Bing-you, Professor and Doctor, majoring in agro-ecological engineering, was born in Shandong province in 2, 1964. Mr. Lu graduated from Shandong Agro-University in 1987, and then got the Ph.D in Recearch Center for Eco-environmental Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1998. Dr. Lu finished his post-doctoral studies in Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research in 2001. From 2002 to now, he, both as a researcher and a manager, is serving for the China Rural Technology and Development Center in areas of the comprehensive utilization of Scientific Resources research and innovative approach in management of agricultural scientific research projects.

There are about more than 40 papers published in 《Acta ecologica sinica 》 、《Ecological Engineering》etc. Nearly 10 academic works are published.
